Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Prioritize and manage conflicting demands effectively.
• Email and Correspondence: Monitor and manage the CEO's email inbox, drafting and responding to emails on their behalf. Ensure important emails are flagged and brought to their attention.
• Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attended or chaired by the CEO. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
• Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
• Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and confidential information. Ensure efficient document retrieval and storage.
• Expense Management: Track and reconcile the CEO's expenses, maintain accurate records, and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
• Project Support: Assist the CEO in various projects, research tasks, and initiatives as required. Provide administrative support to help execute projects efficiently.
• Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO, ensuring a work-life balance is maintained.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• For experienced candidates Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hours when necessary.
